Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VPlayer application ("the app") provided by VPlayer ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About the App

VPlayer is a media player only. It plays media from M3U/M3U8 playlists or provider logins that you already have from a third-party source of your own choosing.

VPlayer does not provide, host, sell, or include any content, channels, playlists, or subscriptions. The app contains no built-in media and is empty until you add your own playlist source.

3. Eligibility

The app is rated 18+. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use it. If you allow a minor to use a device with the app installed, you are responsible for supervising that use and for configuring the available parental controls.

4. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where permitted by law
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding in the app

5. Your Playlists & Content

You are solely responsible for every playlist URL, file, server address, and set of credentials you add to the app, and for all content you access through them.

By adding a source, you confirm that you have the legal right to access and play the content it provides, and that doing so complies with the copyright and other laws of your jurisdiction. We do not review, monitor, or verify the sources you add.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

  • Access, play, or share content you are not legally authorized to view
  • Infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any person or organization
  • Circumvent any digital rights management or other technical protection measures
  • Rebroadcast, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content played through the app
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app, its infrastructure, or any third-party server
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

7. Third-Party Providers

Playlists and IPTV services you connect to are operated by third parties that are not affiliated with VPlayer. Your relationship with those providers, including any subscription, payment, or support, is between you and them alone.

We are not responsible for the availability, quality, accuracy, legality, or continuity of any third-party service or the content it provides.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, name, logo, and interface, is owned by VPlayer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

All content played through the app belongs to its respective owners. VPlayer claims no ownership of any third-party content.

9. Disclaimers

Provided "as is." The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No content guarantee. We do not guarantee that any playlist, stream, or format will load or play, or that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service.

No affiliation. VPlayer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any television network, broadcaster, content owner, or IPTV provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPlayer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or of any third-party service or content accessed through it.

You agree to indemnify and hold VPlayer harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your playlists, the content you access, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your devices. We may suspend or end your access to the app if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, will continue to apply.

12. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and VPlayer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, or intellectual property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
